Obbligatory cost:

•  €.45 for apartment for water, electricity and final cleaning

         (This cost is disconted  if you booking 2 weeks or more  from 2 July to 22 August 2012)

There aren't any other obbligatory cost

• Each flat requires a deposit fee of € 150,00 (returned to you at  holiday end)
   

• The cooking area, wich should be left cleaned by the tenants.

• Arrival Time: from 12.00 am

• Departure Time: within 10.00 am

• Different arrival and departure times are agreable on request.

 For arrivals from the hours 21.00 there is a supplement of € .25,  after the hours 23.30 the supplement is of € .40 to apartment

In the  Mirice Residence there is a swimming pool,  tennis and other sports and animation for adults and children. To take part to the recreational and sport activities, which are not included in the rent fare, a membership card is required. The card can be purchased from the offices of the Residence once arrived there.
