 Vignola Mare is a typical and quiet village on the Vignola Gulf.
The main characteristic of the gulf is the estended beach which stretches about 5 km and allows for several sea sport activities.
On the beach, you can relax and spend a calm holiday or rent equipement and take lessons for windsurfing canoeing, sailing and diving.
Vignola Mare is located along the main road connecting Santa Teresa di Gallura to Castelsardo, in the wonderfoul area of Costa Paradiso only a few miles from Capo Testa.
Driving on the panoramic road from Santa Teresa di Gallura to Castelsardo, only 20 km after a right turn leading to Vignola, on of the most beautiful areas of the wole NorthWestern Coast. As soon as you arrive at the beach you will be amazed: the houses stand only a few meters from the share, the light blue color of the sea shore sharply contrast the dark blue of the deep sea. This characteristic colour is caused by the sea currents along the coast.
If you take a swim, you will see that under the water, the currents, not dangerous though, continuosly move the sand and make it difficult to see things and people.  Walking east bound along the beach, there is a small river flowing into the sea and two bays where the colour of the water is even different and still impressive.(as seen in the photographs).
We suggest you to proceed along the path where even the most demanding tourist can find signs provided by Aglientu city with information about the history and geography of the area and about the local vegetation.
The path finally leads to a small tower.
From its top, where binoculars are available for you will have a very panoramic view of the wole area.
Two wide and long sand beaches. The whole area is characterized by beautiful beaches, at the border af a very long pine wood.
The sea love can dive in the crystal water depths and discover the wonders of the underwater world.

The night lovers can find several night clubs and discos in Santa Teresa di Gallura and strandings the local culture lovers can visit the local village festivals and taste the local typical products.
